As WORTEV’s co-founder and COO, Isabel Guízar manages the company’s functionality and is responsible for the operations coordination.
Formally trained as a graphic and digital designer, which led her to work in different industries such as pharmaceutic, technology and financial, as well as marketing
She has more than 10 years of experience in business operation and logistics, highlighting Nadro, a company of pharmaceutical, hygiene and personal care products distribution.
Considering that two heads are better than one, Isabel decided to start her journey as an entrepreneur and link her business coordination experience with Denis Yris' vision to create WORTEV, an innovative venture capital model that promotes the growth and structuring of small business.
