Leads the structuring, growth and consolidation of the fund. His passion for entrepreneurship and disruptive models has allowed him to develop an innovative venture capital model. In addition to his leadership at WORTEV, Denis plays an active role as a mentor, speaker and contributor to events and organizations dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship.

Responsible for ensuring the correct management of the fund’s financial resources, both in raising and placing capital. Before joining WORTEV CAPITAL, she held management positions on operation and finance. She holds a Master's Degree in Finance from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the same institution.

Responsible for investor portfolio maintenance and management. Before joining WORTEV CAPITAL, she Before joining WORTEV CAPITAL, she has held key positions in Servicios a la Navegación en el Espacio Aéreo Mexicano as Director of Internal Audit, working with the Consejo de la Judicatura Federal, PGR and Grupo HSBC. She has a specialization in the prevention and prosecution of illegal proceeds of crime from INACIPE.

She is responsible for the proper functioning of the Fund's treasury. Previously, she worked as a corporate real estate manager. With a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica de México, Cristina is committed to contributing to the economic development of Mexico. Her experience allows her to ensure an efficient operation at WORTEV CAPITAL.

Responsible for the registration and legal compliance of WORTEV CAPITAL as a venture capital fund and provides support to the investment portfolio companies, ensuring regulatory compliance in all operations. Law Degree with a Master’s Degree in Corporate and Labor Law.
