Founded in 2018, WORTEV CAPITAL emerged as a branch of the WORTEV Business Accelerator, aiming to reduce the gap between high-growth potential companies and the necessary capital for their development.
We have two investment vehicles operating under the Evergreen model, which refers to continuous capital injection and portfolio reconfiguration, facilitating gradual and step-by-step growth of the companies we invest in.

WORTEV CAPITAL is a SOFOM ENR (Non-Regulated Multiple Purpose Financial Institution). We are not a bank, SOFIPO, or Fintech, and we do not offer financial system products. Therefore, the CNBV (National Banking and Securities Commission) supervises (but does not regulate) us in terms of money laundering and terrorist financing prevention.
As a legally constituted company (legal entity), we are registered with the SAT (Tax Administration Service), which allows us to issue the tax withholding certificates required by law. We are also, members of AMEXCAP (Mexican Private Equity Association), reflecting our commitment to industry best practices.
